This is a nice case that shows the long way of obtaining a nice result in a red dot type of esthetic patient. She had a tooth with external resorption, hopeless prognosis. What to do? Immediate placement and temporization? Two step process? Three? In this case we elected to do immediate placement with a two stage temporization. Recommended 8 final units but she elected for two.... still came out nice due to good restorative doc. I am showing through the temporary that I fabrciated.
